History of N7257W
- Purchased in December 1996 from Nagle Aircraft Inc. in Bedford, MA. Nagle Aircraft was the maintenance facility and home base of N7257W. The aircraft was formerly owned by Phillip Pabst of the Pabst Brewing family. N7257W had approximately 1475 TT on it when purchased from Nagle Aircraft, Inc. by Mr. Mike Capocefalo.
- After purchase N7257W was placed in Capacefalo’s heated hangar and 12 months were spent making the airplane into a “better than new” A36. The airplane’s logbooks reflect this work and print photos are in the aircraft’s files.
- N7257W spent the next 10 years and 3 months under absolute meticulous care by Mr. Bill Ostrander, Mr. Capacefalo’s full time A&P, and one of the leading authorities on Beech Bonanza aircaft in the U.S..
- In March 2007, the aircraft was purchased by it’s current owner, and has been kept in a climate controlled hangar. It has undergone the same meticulous care as from the previous owner, by Mr. Kirby Totty, another well known restoration expert
